Description

GO BEHIND THE SCENES

Learn through shared stories about the successes and challenges of creating homes that reflect the way we live today. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with both the architects and clients behind two fascinating contemporary houses.

SPEAKERS

Lachlan Nielsen and Morgan Jenkins of Nielsen Jenkins will present K and T's Place alongside their clients, gallery director Tarragh Cunningham and artist Keith Burt. A clever reworking of a quintessential Queenslander, K and T’s Place provides personalised moments, including a flexible artist's studio and exhibition space.

Kim Bridgland of Edition Office will present Federal House alongside his client Gordon Mckeller. Perched atop a hill's edge within the Byron Bay Hinterland, Federal House is a platform from which to observe the landscape. The home’s design experiments with light and form to create a distinct way of living within a remarkable location.
